The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with hairs found in the bathtub and on towels, and the top bedding appeared questionable. There was also some grunge near the air conditioning unit and poor lighting around exterior steps made for a tricky entrance. A stale smell permeated the lobby, while the ice machine and bathroom lighting had issues.
